Terms of Use

1. Your agreement with Mililoop

By creating an account, accessing Mililoop, or using any service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mililoop.

If additional terms apply to a feature—such as creator monetization, subscriptions, tipping, marketplace listings, promotions, developer tools, or paid services—those additional terms become part of your agreement when you use that feature.

2. Who may use Mililoop

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. Certain features may have higher age limits, identity requirements, account-standing requirements, follower thresholds, geographic restrictions, or other eligibility rules.

If you use Mililoop for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your account and account security

You must provide accurate information when required and keep your account information reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, phone verification, email access, recovery methods, and devices used to access Mililoop.

We may require phone, email, device, age, identity, payment, or other verification when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or bots, enable particular features, comply with law, or investigate suspicious activity.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, purchase, or fraudulently obtain accounts, usernames, verification, eligibility status, creator privileges, followers, likes, views, or other platform access or engagement.

4. Mililoop features

Mililoop may allow you to create a profile; publish videos, photos, stories, captions, comments, and other content; stream live video; send messages; follow users; search; save and share content; interact with creators; receive recommendations; list or discover products; and use creator, monetization, community, or commerce tools.

Features can vary by device, location, age, account type, account standing, eligibility, testing group, or availability. We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the intellectual-property rights you have in content you create and share through Mililoop.

When you upload, post, stream, transmit, send, or otherwise make content available through Mililoop, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, encode, transcode, adapt for technical formatting, distribute, display, perform, communicate, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, personalize, promote, and provide Mililoop, subject to your audience and privacy settings and applicable law.

This license allows us, for example, to create thumbnails and previews, convert videos into formats that work on different devices, distribute a public post to followers or recommendations, display your username with your content, and maintain backup or safety copies as permitted by law.

You represent that you own your content or have all permissions needed to share it, including any rights to music, video, images, trademarks, performances, or other material included in it.

6. Content visibility and interactions

Your privacy and audience choices determine who is intended to see certain content, but you understand that other users may capture, copy, record, download, quote, or redistribute information they can access. Do not share information you do not want others to retain.

Deleting content may remove it from normal display, but copies may remain temporarily in backups, security systems, legal records, content already shared by others, or other locations where retention is permitted or required.

7. Community, integrity, and safety rules

You may not use Mililoop to:

• engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, exploitative, or abusive activity;
• threaten, harass, stalk, dox, blackmail, impersonate, or encourage violence or serious harm;
• sexually exploit, groom, endanger, or otherwise harm minors;
• post or distribute content you do not have the right to use;
• promote terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or other prohibited criminal activity;
• operate deceptive fake accounts, send spam, coordinate inauthentic behavior, or manipulate recommendations or trends;
• buy, sell, generate, exchange, or fraudulently manufacture followers, likes, views, comments, reviews, shares, saves, verification, or other engagement;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, automated accounts, emulators, account farms, or other automation except where Mililoop expressly authorizes it;
• circumvent rate limits, phone verification, account restrictions, moderation, age gates, security systems, access controls, or feature eligibility;
• introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with Mililoop, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it, or attempt unauthorized access;
• collect, scrape, index, sell, profile, or harvest information about users without authorization or a lawful basis;
• misuse reporting, appeals, copyright complaints, payment disputes, or safety tools; or
• use Mililoop in any way that violates applicable law, these Terms, or our published policies.

8. Recommendations, automated systems, and moderation

Mililoop may use automated systems, machine learning, rules, signals, and human review to recommend and rank content; detect spam, fraud, bots, harmful conduct, policy violations, or security threats; and review accounts, content, messages, live activity, transactions, or reports where permitted by law.

We may reduce distribution, make content ineligible for recommendation, add warnings, disable interactions, remove content, limit features, require verification, restrict monetization, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or take other reasonable action.

We do not guarantee that every item of user-generated content is reviewed before publication or that Mililoop will be free from content or users that violate our rules.

9. Reporting, blocking, appeals, and cooperation with safety requests

Mililoop may provide reporting, blocking, restricting, privacy, appeal, and account-safety tools. You agree not to abuse these systems. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may preserve information relating to credible threats, exploitation, fraud, serious safety incidents, or suspected illegal activity and may respond to lawful requests from authorities.

10. Intellectual property and copyright

Mililoop's software, branding, logo, interface, designs, code, documentation, and other materials are owned by Mililoop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Mililoop intellectual property to you.

If you believe content infringes your rights, use our Support channel. Mililoop may remove infringing material and may restrict repeat infringers where appropriate. Before full U.S. public launch, Mililoop should establish a formal copyright/DMCA notice process and designate an agent when legally appropriate.

11. Music, third-party content, and links

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to music and other third-party material you include in content unless Mililoop provides the material under terms that authorize your use. Third-party websites, services, sellers, payment providers, or integrations may have their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Purchases, tips, subscriptions, marketplace, and creator monetization

If Mililoop offers paid features, tips, subscriptions, creator payouts, product listings, shopping, or other commerce, additional eligibility rules, payment-provider terms, platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payout holds, fraud reviews, and app-store rules may apply.

Unless Mililoop expressly states otherwise, users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, products, services, representations, and tax obligations. Mililoop may delay, reverse, restrict, or investigate transactions where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment-provider requirements.

13. Advertising, promotions, and commercial content

If Mililoop introduces advertising or sponsored content, ads and commercial content may be personalized or measured using information described in our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Creators and businesses are responsible for properly disclosing sponsored or commercial relationships where required by law or Mililoop policy.

14. Privacy and use of information

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we may collect, including account information, content, activity, device and network information, approximate and permission-based precise location, contacts when you choose to sync them, transaction information, security signals, and information from service providers or other sources.

We may use this information to operate Mililoop, personalize recommendations, enable communication, prevent bots and fraud, protect users, moderate content, provide location-based features when enabled, improve our services, process transactions, communicate with you, and comply with law.

15. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or feature requests, you grant Mililoop permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Software and updates

Mililoop may provide software updates automatically or require updates to continue using particular features. You may not bypass technical restrictions or use modified software to obtain unauthorized functionality.

17. Beta and experimental features

Some features may be experimental, pre-release, or available to limited groups. They may change, contain errors, or be discontinued without notice. Your use of experimental features is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

18. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using Mililoop at any time and may request deletion through available account tools or Support.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or our policies, created risk or legal exposure, compromised platform integrity or safety, repeatedly infringed rights, failed eligibility requirements, or where law requires action.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, dispute provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, and certain licenses needed for retained copies—may continue after termination.

19. Service availability

Mililoop is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of content, compatibility with every device, or availability of every feature in every location.

20. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mililoop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful or inaccurate user content. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mililoop and persons or entities involved in providing the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to Mililoop. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

22. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Mililoop, your content, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

23. Governing law and disputes

Mandatory consumer rights may apply based on where you live. Mililoop's final governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action, and dispute-resolution provisions should be finalized by qualified counsel for the legal entity that operates Mililoop and the jurisdictions where Mililoop launches. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Mililoop evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently in effect.
